The Special Works team within Sykes is focussed on term contracting and framework delivery together with minor works and projects up to around £250,000 in value.

Term contracting has formed a significant part of the Sykes business for at least 50 years and we currently hold lump sum, daywork and measured term contracts with clients including:

• London School of Economics
• Historic Royal Palaces
• City of London Corporation
• Kings College London
• Queen Mary University of London

Our in-house team for Special Works includes all management disciplines and skilled tradesmen covering general trades together with surveyors experienced in a number of nationally recognised schedules of rates.

Sykes pride ourselves on our collaborative and flexible approach to meeting the demands of our clients. Our in-house workstreams across building, mechanical and electrical services, and maintenance allow us to offer a ‘One Stop Shop’ solution on a regular basis.
