Sykes have been awarded a Measured Term Contract with the UK’s third highest performing university after Oxford and Cambridge: London School of Economics.

This is a contract that we have previously held on a number of occasions in the past 20 years.

The contract covers a regular flow of minor building, long-term maintenance and decoration works under the JCT Measured Term Contract 2011 and uses the National Schedule of Rates 2016/17 (NSR).
