Coopers Restaurant – M&E Project
Coopers Restaurant – M&E Project
Coopers Restaurant opened in 1995 and was bought by the LSE in 2020.
It soon transpired the M&E services within the restaurant were not up to current regulations and the LSE approached Sykes to undertake a fast-track design-and-build upgrade of all the services within the building, in order to re-open the restaurant to the public in time for their Christmas trading period.
We’re pleased to say that despite the tight deadline and a large number of design changes on the way, that the restaurant re-opened on 1st December 2022 with solid bookings throughout.
