We pride ourselves on retention of staff – both management and operatives, with a very low staff turnover across the business, giving client’s confidence of both stability and performance. More than a third of our workforce have over 10 years continued service.
Whilst we are of a size large enough to take on multi-million projects, our senior management keep a hands-on approach to ensure client satisfaction. We always look for contracts where we are certain we can deliver to an exceptionally high standard and provide a personal service.
With our flat management structure, we have the flexibility to act quickly in our decision-making process and tailor our delivery swiftly and accordingly to match differing client’s needs.
