Sykes have been awarded the hard services maintenance for this customer following extensive negotiations.
This is initially for a 12 month period with the opportunity to extend for an additional 2 years. We lost this contract at the end of 2021 but had remained in contact with the customer, demonstrating our commitment to nurture customer relationship and longevity of contracts.
This contract commences on the 1st of February 2023.
