Having carried out the CAT A M&E works previously, it’s been a great opportunity to return and complete the final stage of the scheme, helping to bring the space to full use.

The finished environment creates a warm, multifunctional workspace, with a mix of collaborative areas, meeting spaces, and flexible desk arrangements including both seated and standing workstations. The inclusion of breakout areas and an open kitchen space helps support both productivity and day-to-day wellbeing.

We’re very proud of the end result and the quality delivered across the finished space.
