Gas and Petrochemical Company

This is a fast track fit out project with a forecast value in the region of £6M over a 6-month period, working across 6 floors of a Gas and Petrochemical Company’s Head Office near Victoria.

This is a long-term client whom we have worked with for 20 years + doing project work as well having a maintenance contract with them.

The project consists of the strip out of all floor coverings, internal walls & ceiling plus the removal and rewire of all services with the only items to remain being the FCU’s above the ceilings & the raised access floor, although both have incurred extensive adjustments in the process of this project.

Sykes have recently completed and handed over the 4th & 5th floors with these now being occupied by the end users and are currently mid-way though the refurbishment of the 2nd & 3rd floors and have just taken possession of the GF & Basements.
