For many years this has enabled us to succeed in combining the sometimes opposing attitudes of traditionally accepted craftsmen, with contemporary and ever advancing technology.

Established in 1759, as George III was about to succeed to the throne, Sykes and Son is highly respected as London's oldest independent builder. Our craftsmen are renowned for their skill and expertise in refurbishment, restoration, maintenance and facilities management projects.
